Listening Radio Programs on Cell Phones

My article "Clear Channel seeks to air programs on cell phones" talks about one of U.S. radio stations is progressing a project which provides information through cell phones. They aims to come throuth with lisner's request when they need.
I am curious about if the project influences other media such as news paper. Also,I think it would not be successful in U.S.
